You retain ownership of the candidate data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process the data solely for providing the service. We may use anonymized, de-identified data to improve platform performance. You are responsible for notifying candidates of your data practices.

Our system performs automated transcription, AI-assisted analysis, pattern detection, and report generation.

We do not make hiring decisions. All outputs are advisory and must be reviewed by a human.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, algorithms, models, and trademarks are owned by the Company. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, replicate, or re-sell the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse candidate data, or use the platform for discriminatory or unlawful practices. Upon termination, your access is revoked, and we may delete data after the applicable retention period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results, error-free operation, or uninterrupted uptime. AI outputs are probabilistic and should not be the sole basis for decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for hiring outcomes or decisions, nor for discrimination claims arising from Customer misuse. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of misuse of candidate data, violations of employment or privacy laws, unauthorized recording or discrimination claims, or use of AI outputs without human review.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
